The return and exchange policy The return and exchange policy has been established to protect you and provide the highest quality services to the customer: Firstly, we would like to indicate that all our products are 100% high quality, and the customer has the right to request a return without restrictions if the product does not match the description. Exchanges or returns are accepted in the following cases: 1- When the customer receives the product and an error occurs in the type of product sent, and this is before using it and opening the (Sulfane) products. If the product has been used and the original (Sulfane) has been opened, the customer will not be compensated any amount, according to global policies for selling perfumes and cosmetic products. 2- If there is a defect in the product, the customer has the right to request an exchange within 7 days of receipt, with documentation of the defect via photo and sending it through WhatsApp. 3- In case of cancellation, approval will be immediate if the product is not already in delivery, or the order will be canceled, and the customer bears the shipping cost. The amount will be refunded once the product arrives at the warehouse. 4- The consumer has the right to exchange the product within seven days of receiving it, and cannot exchange the product after the seven days, or if the product’s shrink wrap has been opened or the seals broken. If the approval is given to return any product for any reason not mentioned at the top of the return and exchange policy, the management has the right to charge full shipping and delivery fees, estimated at approximately 70 riyals.
